Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the BeautyTables.co.uk website and its social media platforms (the "Service") operated by LLS Commercial Ltd (Company Number 12231479), a company registered in England whose registered office is at 206 Turners Hill, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire EN8 9DE ("us", "we", or "our").

Person or persons accessing our Service are referenced as (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “customer”, “buyer”, “user”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

We can update our website and Terms at any time. Without prior notice. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the most recent Terms before using the website.

Website use

You may not use our Service for any illegal, unlawful, abusive, offensive or in breach of any order purposes. You may not use our Service for commercial use. You may not interfere with our Service, copy, distribute, publish the information on our Service.

You may not transmit any worms, viruses or destructive codes, hack into our or connected systems, interfere with the quality and security of our Service, gain unauthorized access into our or third-party websites, computer systems and services.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of Service if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Purchases

You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with your rights contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You might need as well to enter your password if you proceed to create an account. If so, it is your responsibility to keep your details secure and not share them with third parties.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase and have sufficient funds to make the payment; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that LLS Commercial Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

Our products are for your use only. You agree that you do not purchase the products for commercial use and resale.

After you place an order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. This email is the acknowledgement that we have received your order. This is not the confirmation that we will be able to meet your order. After we check the availability of your items, if all the details are correct, we will send you another email either scheduling the delivery or cancelling your order, explaining the reason. If your order is cancelled, the transaction would be voided and money returned to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that LLS Commercial Ltd cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are presented in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. The basic delivery cost to mainland UK is included in the price, however, upgraded delivery service or delivery outside mainland UK will incur additional charges. The additional charges will be calculated based on the delivery destination, package size and weight and service chosen.

We reserve the right to alter the prices at any time and without prior warning. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for price modifications.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if there was a genuine error in pricing. You will receive an email explaining the situation and correct pricing and you will be given an option to reconfirm your order or cancel it.

The full payment must be maid before the order is despatched. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as digital payments through Paypal, AmazonPay, GooglePay. We do accept BACS payment as well, but we will only ask you for bank transfer payment after sharing with you official invoice, which will have all the details of charges and our bank details. Do not make any bank transfers unless you received official invoice from us.

You should not proceed with your purchase unless you fully read and understood the Terms and Conditions and our Delivery and Return and Refund policies. By making an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and Delivery and Return and Refund policies.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be used on Sale items.

The product ownership is transferred to the Customer once the product is delivered and the payment was made in full.

Products

We strive to provide as much information as possible on the products listed. However, due to differences in light, screen brightness and that colours might appear different on different screens, we cannot guarantee full accuracy of the colour tone that you see on your screen. 

The product specifications are given in as much detail as we could at the time of publishing. You are responsible to determine whether the product size and materials are fit for your intended use and purpose.

The useful life of the products will vary much vary on the conditions they are being kept in (humidity and temperature) and the intensity of use and care taken of the products.

All sizes are approximate and small variations could occur to the stated dimensions.

When you are looking into buying authentic hand made items or items that are styled to look old, there could be minor differences from piece to piece. These are not considered defects.

Furniture from natural materials (wood, stone) might have different coloured patterns as no stone/wood is the same and could be different from pictures. Real wood furniture will have natural imperfections. Products from natural materials are all unique and can mature with time and conditions they are kept in.

Leather products are all unique and life and wear of leather is individual to each hide. The leather products might appear with creases and scars which are natural for leather and does not diminish the product quality.

Upholstered products characteristics would depend on the type of the fabrics. Long pile fabrics are more durable, but can develop shading and crushed areas with use. Delicate fabrics can crease. Light coloured fabrics might be prone to get dye transfer. You should consider intended use, frequency and intensity of use of the product to consider what type of fabric upholstery would fit your purposes best given various natural characteristics of textiles.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time, limit the number of products to be sold to one buyer and modify product information and pricing if errors were made.

Klarna financing

In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ, company number 556737-0431), registered at Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payments are to be made to Klarna: (i) Pay Later and (ii) Pay Later in 3 installments.

Availability, Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. We put all reasonable effort to ensure accuracy of the information on our website. However, it is possible the errors may occur. The products, services or offers available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. We will use our best endeavours to correct any errors or inaccuracies and update the information whenever possible once we learn about them. You expressly agree that any such offer of a product or service does not constitute a legal offer capable of attracting legal consequences.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We cannot accept liability for any particular material on our Service or as a result of any use of or reliance placed upon the materials and information presented on our Service. Reviews, surveys, comments, suggestions

After the order completion, we might contact you asking to assess our service, fill in the survey, review the product and the service on our website, over the email, third-party websites (e.g. Trustpilot), social networks or other means of communication. You might also want to do the same without our previous request, but out of your own desire to share feedback, review the product and / or service.

You agree, that the information you willingly share with us, comprising the reviews, pictures of the product, ideas, suggestions, feedback or other comments (i.e. not your personal information), can be copied, edited, distributed, published, shared, used fully or partially without restriction by us. We have no obligation to maintain your comments in confidence or pay you a compensation for your comments, unless such compensation was specifically announced as part of promotional or marketing campaign.

The comments and reviews you are leaving on our or third-party websites, that we might reference, would typically show your name alongside a review.

We may, but not obliged, to monitor, edit or remove content you provide on our website, social media platforms, third-party evaluation websites in our sole discretion if we find any of the following: i) the comment contains offensive, unlawful, abusive or threatening language, ii) the comment violates any party’s Intellectual Rights, iii) the comment is not concerning our products or services.

You agree that your comments will not violate our Terms and Conditions, will not include any offensive, unlawful, abusive or threatening language, will not violate any Intellectual Property rights or anyone’s personal information. You agree that you will not use any misleading information about yourself, wrong email address or impersonating anyone else. The information you provide should be accurate and not misleading. It is your sole responsibility. We assume no liability for any comment posted by you or any third-party.   

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. LLS Commercial Ltd its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

In no event shall LLS Commercial Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
