Social Media Imagery Promotion T&C
1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. We are asking for clear images of your recent Beauty Tables purchase, showing us a full view and how you have styled your new furniture.
2. To recieve £20 cash back from your order you must send a clear photo of your Beauty Tables purchase via email to info@beautytables.co.uk and include your order number. You must state that you are giving us permission to use this on our social media accounts.
Alternatively, tag us to your photo on Instagram @beautytablesuk and use the hashtag #Beautytablessocial then Direct Message us your order number to recieve your £20 cash back.
3. Any customer who sends a photo of their recent purchase shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. You own the copyright to your photo as its author.
5. By submitting your photo, you give LLS Commercial:
a. Permission for your photo to be published on LLS Commercial owned websites including but not limited to beautytables.co.uk (“LLS Commercial Websites”) and on any social media account controlled by LLS Commercial, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest accounts (“LLS Commercial Social Media Accounts”), and you grant LLS Commercial a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and publish your photo in electronic format (including on LLS Commercial Websites and LLS Commercial Social Media Accounts) and hard copy (including in LLS Commercial publications) for purposes connected with the Competition, and to adapt the entry to enable such publication (including to crop or otherwise edit it for such purposes), and you hereby irrevocably waive, for the benefit of LLS Commercial, all moral rights in the entry to which you are entitled; and
b. The right to use your name and social media profile name for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of your photo.
6. Your photo must be your own work, must not be copied, must not contain any third-party materials and/or content that you do not have permission to use, must not promote any goods or services or include any trade marks (other than those belonging to the Promoter), and must not be obscene, defamatory, distasteful, offensive, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation, or in breach of any confidentiality obligations owed by you to third parties. If we have reason to believe your photo is in breach of this paragraph then we may not consider it and may disqualify it.
7. We may disqualify your photo for the following reasons: your entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; you are not eligible to enter your photo; or you cannot be contacted.
Receiving Your Cash Back
8. If you have followed the above steps, we will process a £20 refund from your order back to the card that you paid with.
9. Once the refund has been processed, you will recieve an e-mail to notify you of the funds being refunded, this will take 1-5 working days to reach your account.
10. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
